Today we talked (again) to Catherine Cassidy from the Taste of Home Magazine and Cookbook. I have enjoyed cooking from this cookbook since I got it in November! Natalie (Johnny's wife) has been cooking like crazy from it, too. Some of my favorite recipies are the Custard Pie and Shredded Beef French Dip - among many others!!We gave away a copy of the cookbook to Lori from Bourbonnais. She told us about their favorite Christmas recipie - an orange yeast bread (that they decorate and give to friends).
